What makes a home sell?
It all starts with you. Real estate salespersons don't sell homes,
homes sell themselves.
Homes have to be priced right and
staged to be appealing for a home
buyers needs. A Realtor is the conductor of the transaction. There is
much involved with a purchase and sell of a home. It's people to people
and behind every transaction is another piece of real estate involved.
It's often a long chain tied together to another transaction.
When Property is bought and sold there are a
plethora of tasks and obligations that exist. Without using a real
estate professional you leave a lot at stake to cause the deal to fall

sale in your local MLS isn't enough these days. 80% of the buyers
looking for homes are using the internet. Can they find your home
the world wide web with all the others. The days of people getting
in their cars and driving around communities and neighborhoods are all

Even in a "down market"
homes will sell. It's part of life to move. Job promotion, new
child bringing the need for an extra room, elder parents move in for our
care, children go off onto college bringing the need to downsize,
relocation, job transfer, etc. There are many reasons.
My two recent sales go to show that a home priced right and impeccable
in it's appearance are capable of selling.

This home I listed and sold was 2400 a/c sq. ft. with a pool located in
The Enclave, east of I-75 near Tatum Ridge Elementary school. The seller
I represented kept the home in immaculate condition. The interior
colors were warm and rich and you could even eat off of the garage
floors. I told the sellers that we would not likely need to show
the home to more than 10 qualified buyers before we would sell it and I
was right. Quality over quantity.

in its most presentable form. The buyer was attracted to my
creative sign which inspired them to look inside.

This home I listed in
Ellenton Florida again sold because of price and it's clean appearance.
Few showings was all that was needed.
We were successful in obtaining 98.5% of the listed price.
